Required Organ Information

If the performance instrument is an organ, a complete organ specification and stoplist must be provided before the engagement can be confirmed.

Please note: If Rasaan Hakiem is requested to provide or coordinate setup equipment, technical support, projection, sound, or other production needs, this will incur an additional charge.

A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date. Dates are not held without both the completed engagement agreement and deposit.

The remaining 50% is due no later than fourteen (14) days before the performance.

Travel, lodging, equipment rental, and technical setup costs are invoiced separately and may be due in advance.
