A deposit may be required to secure a date. Additional fees may apply for travel, lodging, parking, printed materials, rehearsal extensions, special music acquisition, or urgent turnaround.

Booking
Dates are confirmed only after written agreement and any required deposit. Inquiry does not guarantee availability.
Travel
Travel, lodging, parking, and transportation costs may be billed separately for engagements outside the immediate service area.
Rehearsals
Rehearsals beyond the contracted scope are billed separately. Wedding rehearsals are not included unless specified.
Preparation
Special repertoire, custom arrangements, silent film scoring, and consulting documents may require additional preparation fees.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are determined by engagement type and agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable once a date is held.
Institutional Scope
Cathedral, diocesan, and technology engagements are quoted by project scope, timeline, and implementation requirements.
Professional fees reflect preparation, experience, and pastoral responsibility.
